PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

VALCON is an actuator used in place of solenoid valves that have problems with leakage and overheating due to sludge.
Self-returning electric actuators have both the advantages of electric actuators and the advantages of solenoids.
Reversing the direction of the current opens or closes. And when electricity is cut off in an emergency, the shaft of the actuator automatically rotates 90˚ to close.
It is an actuator that can observe the operation state when gas or water is blocked, and can control the flow and direction with a stronger force than a pneumatic actuator.
VALCON is applied and used in various places such as washing machines, showers, drain pipes, sprinklers, fuel cells, ice machines, control devices, heating, and irrigation.

Installation Specifications
1. Compose system that can control by Close-operating Red(DC 12~24V + conductor), black (DC 0V - conductor) or Power cut off (in case of power failure) / Open-operating Red (DC 0V - conductor), black (DC 12~24V - conductor)
It is a forward/reverse control method that operates by changing the direction of current
2. Install actuator vertically to valve that is established in piping line
3. Attach the power supply unit with a switch or disconnecting device for emergency power off
4. Connect an overcurrent cut-off device to the power supply for circuit protection
